Is Buvette FC free?
Yes. The whole game is free to play in your browser, with no ads and nothing to buy.
Do I need an account?
No. Your career is saved in your browser on the device you play on. Settings › Back up my game saves it as a file, so you can restore it on another device.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It is designed for phones first, with a tab bar, bottom sheets and swipes between tabs, and it plays just as well on a desktop browser.
How long does a season take?
One press of Play is one week: training, your match and the money. A season of 22 league rounds, cup nights and transfer windows takes an evening or two.
How does it compare to Hattrick or Football Manager?
It takes the long game of Hattrick and TrophyManager (training, a youth academy, a stadium you grow) and makes it fast and visual: no waiting for real days to pass, and every club, player and ground is drawn.
Can I manage another club?
Yes. Your reputation grows with titles, promotions and cup runs, and bigger clubs, at home and abroad, offer you their job. Miss the board's targets and they can sack you too.
Is the game finished?
It is in active development and updated often. A big update can reset saves while the game is still a prototype.
